CANCELLATION / RETURN / REFUND POLICY FOR A3RM – AESTHETIC COURSES

At A3RM (www.a3rm.org), we are committed to providing quality aesthetic courses and a seamless learning experience. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel, return, or request a refund for your course enrollment. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, returns, and refunds for the services we provide.
- Course Enrollment Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, please follow the guidelines below:
- Cancellation Period: You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed any course content. After 7 days or after accessing the course materials, cancellations will not be accepted.
- How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at support@a3rm.org with your enrollment details (course name, transaction ID, and date of purchase).
- Refund Eligibility: If your cancellation request is received within the cancellation period and you have not accessed any course materials, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the students and our institution. We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of the purchase date and have not accessed any course materials, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you have accessed any course content or after the 7-day cancellation window, you may not be eligible for a full refund. In certain cases, where a refund is warranted due to extenuating circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of A3RM.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase.
- Course Access
- Access After Cancellation: Once a cancellation is confirmed, your access to the course will be revoked immediately. You will not be able to access any course materials, including videos, assignments, or downloadable content.
- Incomplete Courses: No refunds or partial refunds will be granted for courses that are partially completed or for students who have accessed more than 50% of the course content.
- Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as registration fees or administrative charges, may not be refundable. These fees will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase, and by enrolling, you agree to these terms.
- Course Changes or Cancellations by A3RM
In the unlikely event that A3RM needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the following options:
- Reschedule the Course: You may choose to reschedule to a future session of the same course without any additional charge.
- Full Refund: If the course is permanently canceled or if you are unable to attend a rescheduled session, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Course Materials Return
As our courses are delivered digitally and involve access to online content, we do not accept returns of course materials. If you experience technical issues or access problems, please contact our support team for assistance.
